At Anuvia, each saree is thoughtfully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products, all orders are considered final once placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

We request customers to carefully review their order details before completing their purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

* Incorrect purchase decision
* Color variations due to screen settings
* Delayed delivery caused by courier services

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

* Clear photographs of the product
* Photographs of the outer packaging

After review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
